Christopher Fellows

Christopher Fellows brings a unique perspective to and understanding of the interrelationships and inner workings of the real estate industry.

His path to land management and real estate development started with a robust academic background, including a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning.

From there, Christopher has gone on to have many accomplishments, including:

  • Direct participation in more than $450,000,000 in acquisitions and sales of real estate.

  • Orchestrated zoning for thousands of acres of property permitting uses in excess of 10,000,000 sq. ft. for commercial uses and 5,000+ units of residential density.

  • Subdividing of property for millions of square feet of commercial and over 4,000 residential units.

  • Modification of County Master Plans/Comprehensive Plans resulting in over 10,000 acres being redesignated.

  • Construction of infrastructure serving over 2,600 residential units and 300+ acres of commercial property.

  • Construction of a municipal wastewater treatment plant.

  • Management of the Land Acquisition-Land Development divisions for a publicly traded home building company.

  • Management of the Sales and Marketing divisions for a publicly traded home building company.

  • Management of the marketing and sales for thousands of acres in property and millions of dollars in transactions, for numerous projects.

  • Formation of dozens of new special districts and participation in the issuance of over $497,000,000 in new and performing debt/bonds.

  • Creation, issuance and sale of $20,000,000 in collateralized mortgage obligation (CMO) bonds.

  • Restructuring over $150,000,000 in defaulted special district debt/bonds, with extensive experience in Chapter 9 Bankruptcy reorganization.

  • Creation of infrastructure finance plans for private and public delivery of regional and local infrastructure.

  • Planning, strategizing, organizing and presenting at hundreds of homeowner’s meetings, public presentations, and hearings of planning commissions, city councils, and county commissioners.
