Modification of County Master Plans/Comprehensive Plans resulting in over 10,000 acres being redesignated.
Construction of infrastructure serving over 2,600 residential units and 300+ acres of commercial property.
Construction of a municipal wastewater treatment plant.
Management of the Land Acquisition-Land Development divisions for a publicly traded home building company.
Management of the Sales and Marketing divisions for a publicly traded home building company.
Management of the marketing and sales for thousands of acres in property and millions of dollars in transactions, for numerous projects.
Formation of dozens of new special districts and participation in the issuance of over $497,000,000 in new and performing debt/bonds.
Creation, issuance and sale of $20,000,000 in collateralized mortgage obligation (CMO) bonds.
Restructuring over $150,000,000 in defaulted special district debt/bonds, with extensive experience in Chapter 9 Bankruptcy reorganization.
